Officer Darren Wilson Said He Would not Have Done Anything Different

By Laura Thompson

Believe it or not...everybody is not against us, in this country.  Everybody does not agree with the police brutality that has become second nature to some police officers and police forces across the county.

I watched an interview featuring Darren Wilson, the Ferguson police officer (cop) that shot the unarmed Michael Brown, after he was not indicted for brutally killing this young man.  He admitted killing the young man.  Showed no remorse.  Told a totally different story from numerous eyewitnesses that watched the incident from various angles.  Everyone with the exception of Officer Darren Wilson, stated that Michael Brown was shot with both hands in the air.  Everyone with exception of Officer Darren Wilson, saw Michael Brown running away from the scene after being shot once.  Everyone with the exception of Officer Darren Wilson saw Michael Brown being pursued by the officer and yet the officer was not indicted.  And like Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown was not here to defend himself.

It's so ironic how the media reported that violence was unnecessary after the verdict, when brutally shooting an unarmed person is purely violence.  I was disturbed by today's interview because the police officer is either deranged in his thinking or he is completely heartless to feel that the murder was justified. He stated that he would not have done anything differently and that the law permits him to take these actions without being punished and that he was trained to respond the way he did.

The interviewer asked him if he would have responded to a white person the same way under the same circumstances, he said he would have, but I don't believe he would have.  (just my opinion).

We really need to review some of the laws to determine what is legal and what is not and at what point we need to look at revising the laws, if they are causing our sons to be murdered by the hands of police officers and there is no recourse or no consequences for their actions.  Chime in...
