What's Happening in the World?

For a long time, I have been watching the way the world is changing right before my eyes.  But lately I have been seeing the results of some of the changes that were being implemented years ago.  I am also seeing the results of things going on in the world, as a result of no action being taken years ago, so there  is no harvest being produced to counteract some of the issues that we are facing today.

I sometimes feel that I am in a foreign land.  I don't feel a true connection of people.  What I do see is a lot of reactive behavior, positioning and power struggling over opportunities that we are ill prepared to take advantage of because we had no vision for the future years ago. Thus no seeds were planted.

Everyone is suddenly positioning themselves as the expert on paper, in their marketing materials, and in their messaging, but the wisdom, knowledge and the preparation is missing.

We may say that some people are being lifted up that don't have the pedigree, a big name or not even the marketing and branding visibility required to solve the world's problems...they are not popular and certainly not the right person in man's eyes to stand out front and change the world...but there is a lot to be said about commitment, dedication, passion and hard work that calls for the not so popular person to come forth and lead!

I just feel there is a major shift in the way we do business, the way we live and the way we solve life's problems.  And within this shift, I see a lot of people falling by the wayside...lost!  I also see a group of prepared people coming forth and have complete control over the new world that they are creating now.

Sounds a little scary, but it's not too late to create your new world now. It's not too late to bring new solutions to the forefront.  It's not too late to create and develop an ecosystem that serves the needs of people that will not be included in this new shift.

What are your immediate and future needs?  Evaluate the steps necessary to improve the economic conditions of those you serve.  You are the expert in your area of knowledge.  Bring others on to help you build your new world economy.

This was just something that was on my heart to write.  Opportunities are all around you and a lot of people are taking advantage of the opportunities that they are aware of.  But you are called to create your own opportunities to grow your own communities and better serve the needs of your communities.

Stop thinking so much about not being included in areas that you don't feel comfortable in and start thinking how to build your own ecosystems with people and entities that compliment your goals and objectives.

So what's happening in the World Today?  It's a time of transition and transformation.  You have to cause things to happen...so go out there and change your world for the better.
