The proceeds raised from COMTO SA’s annual Charles B. Shannon Memorial Golf Tournament are used to provide local youth with scholarships that nurture higher educational attainment, and other leadership and development opportunities.

In 2013, COMTO SA will offer for the first time a seeded scholarship in the name of an individual chosen by our Legacy Sponsor. This named scholarship will be awarded to a local youth interested in pursuing transportation-related studies in college (undergraduate or graduate school).
